Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Policy describes how Cybrix, LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), operating as Probe Intent, collects, uses, and shares data when you use the site-audit service at probeintent.com (the "Service").

You are identified by your email address; there are no separate password accounts at this time. For any data question, email legal@probeintent.com.

2. What we collect and why

We collect only what the Service needs:

• Email — to deliver your report and send service messages about your own reports (basis: contract / legitimate interest).
• The submitted site URL and the public page content our crawler fetches — to produce the audit (basis: contract).
• Generated reports — to deliver the Service and for our own quality review (basis: contract / legitimate interest).
• Payment data — for subscriptions; processed by Stripe, we never store card numbers (basis: contract).
• Usage analytics (Umami, Google Ads) — to improve the product (basis: consent where required).

3. Who we share with (processors)

We do not sell personal data. We share data with these processors:

• LLM providers: the public page content of the audited site and its URL are sent to a language-model provider to generate the report. All tiers, including the free run, use Anthropic (Claude Sonnet 5); the optional consensus check additionally uses xAI (Grok) and Anthropic (Opus). Your pages and reports are never used to train models — not by us and not by our providers: the data is processed under API terms that exclude training.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — sending the service email with your finished report link.
• Hosting provider — running the Service.
• Google (analytics) and Umami — usage stats on product pages.
• Legal requirements — when required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Reports are public by link

Reports are accessible via an unguessable link. Anyone with the link can view the report. You decide who you share it with. We may remove a report that violates these terms.

5. Retention

Reports and their associated data (email, site URL, crawled content) are retained for 12 months from last activity, then deleted. You can delete your own reports yourself at any time — one click in your cabinet at probeintent.com/my. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. For everything else — see section 6.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

For EEA users we comply with the GDPR. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, email legal@probeintent.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Marketing emails

Marketing emails (tips, product news) are sent only with your explicit consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email. Withdrawing consent does not remove bonuses already granted. Service emails about your own reports are part of delivering the Service and are not marketing.

8. Security

We apply reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16; we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes on the site or by email.
